You have seen the TV commercials for lawyers advertising for Actos cases.   Actos is a drug used by people with Type 2 diabetes to control their blood sugar.   At tis peak, which was only a couple of years ago, there were almost two and a half million users in the US alone.  Although Actos has been around for over a decade, new medical studies have shown a strong link between Actos user and bladder cancer.    Lawyers taking Actos bladder cancer cases are using this to claims that the maker of Actos was aware of these risks and didn’t adequately inform the public.   This past summer the FDA issued a second Actos bladder cancer warning and lawyers took note; now the truth about Actos and bladder cancer may be brought to light through these lawsuits.
