I have spent a lot of time talking about home security with a lot of homeowners. I am trying to gain some insight on different ways that our homes can be threatened. One of the questions I asked each person was if they had ever experienced suspicious actions at their house. It could have been burglary, broken windows, a suspicious individual – anything really. Almost everyone had a story to tell. Most of their experiences would lead them to purchase a security system. I have learned that www.LakeForestHomeSecurity.net is a great option.
One man said that he was home for the afternoon, but then left to go pick his little boy up from soccer practice. When he and his son returned approximately twenty minutes later, one of his windows was shattered and things were missing from inside. He seemed to think he had been watched, and the burglar knew when he left. A different mother of three explained to me that she answered the door to someone who claimed to be a salesman. After the man finished speaking, he asked if he could come inside to speak more about it. She said no thank you, and the man replied by asking if he could at least come inside to use her telephone. Since this man was being persistent, she declined again and closed the door in his face.
We have all had our encounters with suspicious situations and people. Some are worse than others, like the first man’s experience. The information I am analyzing will help me figure out what encourages people to buy a alarm system. The second woman said she opted to get one the following day, and that she got it from Security in Delray Beach.
I have heard a lot of comparable stories from other people. We never know what is going to happen on a specific day. I am sure these two people did not wake up assuming something abnormal would happen later that day. It really emphasizes the importance of being prepared.
