What are Portfolio Management Services? Portfolio Management Services also known as PMS are focused or specific investment products created for enhancing the value of investments taking into account the risk and return profile of an investor. There are two types of Portfolio Management Services in India, discretionary and non discretionary. Usually, Portfolio Management Services are used by HNI or high net worth investors for managing their large portfolio. A portfolio manager will invest in stocks and securities and manage the portfolio on behalf of the client with a view to increase the value of the portfolio.
