I have spent a lot of time speaking with a lot of home owners recently about the security in their home. I am trying to gain some insight on the different ways our homes can be threatened. I asked each person I spoke with if they had ever witnessed suspicious activity at home. It could be robbery, a broken window, a suspicious person – anything. I was surprised that almost everyone had a story for me. Many of the stories eventually led them to get a home security system. I have learned that Home Security in Cuyahoga Falls is a great option.
One individual informed me that he was home for the afternoon one day, but then left to pick his son up from soccer practice. After they returned home approximately ten minutes later, one of the windows was broken and a few things were missing inside. He thought he had been watched, and the burglar knew when he left. Another mother of three informed me that she answered the door to someone who claimed to be a salesman. After the man finished speaking, he asked if he could talk it over with her inside. She said no thanks, and he again replied by asking if he could still come inside to use her telephone. Considering the man was being persistent, she declined again and shut the door.
We have all had our encounters with suspicious people and situations. Some are worse than others, like the first man’s experience. The information I am analyzing will help me determine what motivates people to get a home alarm system. The woman said she opted to get one the next day, and that she had ordered from cuyahogafallshomesecurity.com.
I have heard many comparable stories from other people. People never really know what is going to happen on a specific day. I am positive these people did not wake up assuming something unusual would happen later that day. It really highlights the importance of being proactive.
